Lemons are the sour situations and thoughts which emerge and making lemonade means to turn them into positives by taking positive actions.
It means no matter what the situation, always keep yourself calm, think positive and take positive action.
Thhings might not be in our control, but we can still control our thoughts.
If you can manipulate your thoughts by giving it a positive direction every time, you will stay delightful and overcome any situation quickly.
How to do that?
If four good things and 1 bad thing happen in a day, it’s gonna be easy to focus on one bad part.
Dwelling on the bad will keep you stuck with negative thoughts!
When you encounter any such negative thoughts, ask yourself:
“Can I do something about it?”
If yes, then what? If no, then what can I learn from it?
If your answer was yes, then:
“How can I make it happen?”
If you encounter one negative thought, replace it with 2-3 positive ones.

Negative: I’m struggling with the finances, I don’t think I’ll ever get financial freedom!
Positive: Well I think I should develop more skills and do side hustle. I can definitely make it better than this for sure! I’ll handle it!
You can also chant some positive words inside your head.
These can be :
• I’m very confident and positive.
• I can do anything if I try.
• Today is a beautiful day.
• I can do it!
Once we start focusing on what can be done & how we start finding solutions instead of reasons.
And that solution is the lemonade. That is where positivity comes from.
Chanting positive words has terrific results.
Give it a try and make your own positive statement.
Speak that throughout a day in your mind. You will be amazed to see the results.
